Looking for roommate in DTC for /mo - pri bed & bath unfurnished for sale in Denver, Colorado

I'm looking for a roommate starting March 1st.
I'm a guy looking for someone who is
-pet-friendly (but no cats please)
-non-smoker
-quiet and respectable (I'm not a huge party person)
-LGBT friendly
-pays expenses on time
-wouldn't mind having a few intellectual conversations from time to time about current events
-leaning left or progressive politically
-I prefer male just to avoid awkward situations
The price for $640 include utilities, rent, washer/dryer. If you have a pet, it will probably be an extra $50. I don't have one at the moment but I plan on bringing one eventually in the spring.
The room is unfurnished & also has a private bathroom and one closet.
