Charming room for rent in City Park Neighborhood - ten min from downtown. (how about $7 Uber ride to downtown!)
I am looking for a responsible, clean, quiet, non-smoking, no pet, professional female roommate (sorry guys) to rent the spare room in my flat. I am clean and work part-time from home and I also teach yoga part-time. I am in the mountains much of the winter and many weekends I am out of town. I would love to find someone with a busy work and social life, who enjoys a glass of wine but also has their own life outside of the house and who can communicate well.
(My) current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend next month so the room is available December 1st. Amazing location- super close to downtown and near St. Lukes hospital and 17th Ave!
Rent is $650 a month plus half of utilities which are around $80 each in the winter and $40 each in the summer. Room is 11 by 9 and has a small closet, with more room in the basement for storage. Theres a shared Jack N Jill bathroom with claw foot bathtub shower. The flat is 800 sq feet and furnished, with the exception of what could be your new room J.
The flat has a washer and dryer and storage space in the basement, and on street parking (never parking issues). Internet is included in the rent. I dont watch TV, so I dont have cable. I am requesting a 30 day month-to-month leasemeaning that youre on a lease and I will require a 30 day notice that youre moving. There is a small deposit ($300) required that is refundable if all terms of the lease are met (rent paid, utilities portion paid, no damage to the flat, etc). To make sure were all on the same page, there is a background check done as well.
