Poppy's story
People often say they can tell just by looking at a dog's eyes what their personality will be. If that is true you can certainly see by Poppy's pictures that she is a sweetheart. She and her 3 puppies were dumped at a power plant outside of town. Sadly only one puppy, Bunny, survived.  Poppy's puppy was named Bunny because Poppy was also caring for a baby bunny when she was found.  Poppy is about one year old and weighs approximately 40 lbs. She will likely need some additional work on her house training when she moves to her forever home. Bunny is also available on our website.
If you would like to foster or adopt, please complete an application at /dog-adoption-application/
The adoption fee of $250 includes the neuter, first set of vaccinations (DAPP and rabies), dewormer, Revolution flea and tick treatment, and microchip!  Poppy is not spayed yet but it is included in the adoption fee.  The rescue uses Spay Today for all of its spay/neuters.
Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have no history prior to them entering the rescue.  We make every effort to ensure the dogs are healthy.
