Lizzie Labrador Retriever Young Female in Denver, Colorado

My story
Hi! My name is Lizzie. I was found on the side of the road by a Good Samaritan, I was injured and in very rough shape. Luckily they took me to a vet that hooked me up with my foster mom so I could get the care that I needed. I had been hit by a car and had extensive damage to one of my back legs and pelvis but you wouldn’t know it by the way I act! After some TLC they had to amputate my leg and since then I am a new dog! I can now run, jump, play, and overall act like a puppy again. I am completely crate trained and mostly house broke. I walk well in a leash and don’t mind car rides at all. I’m still working on house manners and need some more training but I’m very smart and my foster mom says I catch on very quick. I like to just crash on the couch and be near my humans, I even like all the kids! They are actually my favorite!
