BEING FOSTERED IN BROOMFIELD Cruella is the polar opposite of her character name. She is a petite, affectionate, talkative, engaged darling lap cat who just wants to hang with her people. She came up from New Mexico with her kitten, Penny, who is currently with another foster parent. Though she was very sweet with her kitten, she does not warm quickly to new cats.
