Chance Shepherd (Unknown Type) Adult Male in Denver, Colorado

My story
This handsome boy is Chance and HE NEEDS A FOSTER!!  He was living life on the streets  with a severely broken leg.  Despite everyone's hope that his leg could be saved, the vet staff concluded it was best to amputate. There are so many questions... Did someone dump him after his leg was broken? Did Chance sustain the injury after he was living on the streets? Was he lost or did someone abandon him? So many things we will never know or understand. But one things we do know is that this boy is a Champ in every sense of the word. His demeanor is loving and gentle even after enduring tremendous pain. His temporary foster in Texas reports he is doing great and has adjusted perfectly to 3 legs. She thinks his leg had been broken awhile and he was on the street already getting used to being on 3 legs. Everyone at the vet office adores him and says he is just the sweetest and most playful guy! We are looking for a home where Chance will be treasured and spoiled. Great with other dogs and loves all people.
