My story
Hi, my name is Jeter. A very nice lady was feeding me outside for about 6 months before a friend helped her bring me into the Cat Care Society. Not too much is known about me except that I hung around with 2 other "outside" cats and was friendly to the lady that fed me. Upon arriving at Cat Care, I tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). There is reliable information at /cats/cat-fiv-feline-immunodeficiency-virus#1 about the virus in cats. I seem to be very shy and will need someone with a lot of patience to win me over. It is probably best that I go to a home that is on the quieter side, probably no children or grandchildren. I may need to be the only cat or maybe adopt another cat that is FIV+. If you are willing to give me the time and patience, I will probably come around to being a great cat. If you think that you and your family are a good match for me, please come by and quietly meet me today. I'm waiting! Purrs!
