Reserve Deputy Sheriff (Kiowa) in Denver, Colorado For Sale

The Elbert County Sheriff's Office is hiring for the position of Reserve Deputy Sheriff.
Reserve deputies have the opportunity to learn, train, and participate in all functions of the Elbert County Sheriff's Office, to include: Patrol, Detentions and Investigations. Reserve deputies are Colorado P.O.S.T. certified peace officers. Reserve deputies participate in the same training as full-time deputies (arrest control, firearms, driving, less-lethal, etc.). Reserve deputies must volunteer a minimum number of hours per month.
To be considered, you must meet all of the following minimum requirements:
 Have a basic P.O.S.T. certificate from the State of Colorado, or have a conditional P.O.S.T. certificate from Colorado
 Be a U.S. citizen
 Be at least 21 years of age
 Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
 Possess basic computer skills
 Have never been convicted of a felony
 Have the ability to perform all essential functions of the job
 Have had absolutely NO illegal drug usage within the last three years and NO alcohol related offenses within the last five years
 No domestic violence convictions
