Custom Telecaster neck rosewood 22 fret block inlays Grover tuners for sale in Denver, Colorado

The title says all of it. This is a sweet neck from a Partscaster I just recently bought. I'm only selling it because I like the look of a maple fretboard. It has 22 jumbo frets, block inlays, a rosewood fretboard and Grover tuners. The jumbo worries are in outstanding shape and make bending extremely simple. I want to get $250 for it. I feel like this is a reasonable cost considering tuners are consisted of, but I will certainly captivate offers. I 'd also trade straight across for a solid maple neck of similar quality.
