My story
Domino is a 9 yr old neutered, (front) declawed, gentle, talkative cat who started his journey with us as an injured kitten. We took care of his vet needs, got him healthy, adopted him to an elderly woman. She had him declawed. Then, she made him an outside kitty. When we learned of this, and after much convincing, she let this unhappy boy come back to us where he could be safe. We have been waiting for the perfect forever home for this lovable guy. He is playful, but not aggressive. He is not dominant and has no issues marking territory. (He is bullied if placed with a too-dominant cat.) As with all cats, he sometimes just wants left alone, but it's not often. He is talkative and loves telling me about his day when I get home. He hasn't had any issues with the injury he had as a kitten, nor any major health problems. He hasn't ever been around children and I'm not sure he would be patient with them. A scratch post in front of a window and some toys, and he can entertain himself whilst adopter is working/away. He would make someone an awesome companion pet!Miami Animal Alliance's goal is to be the premium go to place to find your new family member!
